There’s no need to be a Worq member to benefit from the perks of our meeting facilities! Our meeting rooms are open to the public for training, conferences, meetings, team building, and workshops. Our meeting areas are easily adaptable, to provide focus and productivity for formal gatherings with clients as well as a fun space for team building and interactive training sessions.
Offer your visitor a coffee from the Hall’s coffee bar across the way or get in touch with our client manager to arrange platters and beverages for your event.
Let off steam during your interval break on our beautiful deck under the summer sun or find a quiet spot in our ‘Hide-Out’ under the stairs. Our ‘Hide-Out’ is an ideal space to take a call, hold a private Zoom/Skype meeting, or take a breather from the outside world.

Ideal for 1 – 10 people. Available Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

Creative Space:
R690 per hour / R3800 Full day (Amazing special on offer for Jan and Feb weekday bookings: R1380.00 per day for up to 10 people). Ideal for 1 – 15 people. Slightly funkier space to host a workshop, presentation, team building, or training. Available Mon – Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

All the meeting spaces above are available for hire at an hourly, daily, and weekly rate. Specialised packages for unique gatherings can be arranged to suit your needs and the needs of your visitors/employees. Catering for these gatherings can be arranged dependent on your dietary requirements, vegan, vegetarian, and Halaal platters can be organized and set up for you on the day of your meeting, conference, or event.
